Seriously what is so hard about the following two words, Ready Golf? Sure, when you are on the first tee, flip the tee in the air and let that decide who has honors. Beyond the first tee, unless you have a game for money and your group has figured strokes and handicaps, then its go to your ball and hack away. Granted, there still needs to be some sort of etiquette so don't just start firing without helping out your fellow golfers by watching their shots. But if they are still walking to their shots fire at will.
Lets get the game moving. Treat it like you would a euchre game, fast and ready!
